This little ditty came out of some tests I was doing with recording multiple loops on seperate tracks to the same instrument (Attack). I call it... Cobblestone.

Going commercial!

The other weekend my son and I decided to write a song about Transformers on a whim. This is our first attempt at any music collaboration. He's five. We did this almost ghetto 4-track style --everything mic'd without isolation. But I did get a chance to try out a mastering plug-in on this second rough mix; so, it's nice and hot. Andy gave a bunch of rough ideas for the verses. Well... here it is: Our little version of the Transformers theme song.

Launch of the new Studio Log

I figured it was time for a format change for the STUDIO LOG. Occasionally I'll get an email from someone commenting on a post and I'd reply, but no one else would see it, so... version 2 of the STUDIO LOG is now in effect. Or should it now be called the STUDIO BLOG?...
